Before your purchase please read below terms and conditions of sale. Note: From your day of purchase you will usually have your bag within several days but due to demand please allow up to 28 days. If you require the bag for a special present etc please state date on order form but always allow several days from the date of purchase.

We want you to be delighted with your purchase and by using our website and placing an order you will agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

As the handbags are very individual and no two are the same - order acceptance will be when the handbag is despatched to you (usually within 28 days). At this time I am allowing a maximum of 5 bags per person to enable me to keep up with delivery.

Payment can be by credit card or debit card through Paypal or by cheque. Payment to be in pounds sterling. Customs and import duties do not apply to any delivery in the United Kingdom. You are responsible for any duties which may be applied outside the UK.

Delivery charges within the UK are £3.00 per handbag. Please contact us (mail@sukidesigns.com) for delivery charges outside the UK. Delivery will be made once payment has been received and in the case of payment by cheque once payment is cleared.

Delivery within the UK normally takes 1 - 3 days although this cannot be guaranteed. Parcels will normally need to be signed for.

In the unlikely event that you are not happy with your handbag:

Non faulty returns: Please return the handbag in the original packaging and in perfect condition within 7 days and we will refund the price of the handbag but not postage.

Faulty goods: In the event of a handbag being defective we will refund the full cost of the bag plus postage. Please contact us mail@sukidesigns.com or telephone 0191 6595327) in the first instance.

We always try to describe and photograph the handbags as accurately as possible but please contact us if you would like some more detailed photographs before purchase.

When placing an order, the personal information you provide will only be used to process your order. It will not be passed to third parties unless for delivery purposes.

We will accept cancellations to an order provided it has not been despatched.

We make every effort to ensure our website is free of viruses and that access is provided continuously and free of faults. However we cannot guarantee that this website will be free from interruptions and viruses. We will need to conduct maintenance from time to time but will try to keep disruption to a minimum. We will not be held responsible or liable for any damage to your computer or any of your property as a result of browsing this website.

We may provide third party links on our website. We are not responsible for any such external sites, directly or indirectly, or for the contents and policies of such websites.
